🤫 The REAL Big Mac Sauce Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt (replaces mayo!)
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of paprika and turmeric (for color!)

🛒 Bowl Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 400g 90% lean ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
  • 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced white onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make Big Mac sauce — refrigerate while cooking
  2. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
  3. Cook beef in hot pan over high heat breaking into crumbles
  4. Cook 8-10 minutes until no pink remains
  5. Build bowl: lettuce base, then beef
  6. Top with onion, pickles, tomatoes
  7. Drizzle Big Mac sauce generously
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve!
