🤫 The REAL Big Mac Sauce Recipe
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt (replaces mayo!)
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of paprika and turmeric (for color!)

🛒 Bowl Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 400g 90% lean ground beef
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
- 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Sesame seeds to garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Make Big Mac sauce — refrigerate while cooking
- Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
- Cook beef in hot pan over high heat breaking into crumbles
- Cook 8-10 minutes until no pink remains
- Build bowl: lettuce base, then beef
- Top with onion, pickles, tomatoes
- Drizzle Big Mac sauce generously
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve!
