- 3 tablespoons honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup buttermilk (marinate 2 hours minimum)
- 1 cup flour + 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon each: salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
- 2 brioche buns, toasted
- Shredded iceberg lettuce and pickles
- Oil for frying

- Marinate chicken in buttermilk minimum 2 hours
- Mix flour, cornstarch, and all seasonings
