  • 150g grilled flank steak or sirloin, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 large egg, poached
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup canned black beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup roasted corn
  • 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedge

🌶️ The Chipotle Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
