Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings — No Oil Needed, Ready in 20 Minutes!

π₯ The Secret Dry Rub
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (THIS is the crispy secret!)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Why baking powder? It raises the pH of the chicken skin and breaks down proteins, creating the most incredibly crispy texture without any oil!
π― Honey Sriracha Glaze
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
π©π³ Instructions
- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels
- Toss wings in dry rub mixture until fully coated
- Place in air fryer basket in single layer — do not overlap!
- Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes
- Flip wings and cook another 10 minutes
- Meanwhile heat glaze ingredients in small pan until bubbly
- Toss cooked wings in glaze immediately
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
